Has anyone noticed problems sending PMs lately? I have two sitting in my outbox, one of which has been there for days.

Doesn't it sit in your outbox until the other person actually reads it? You can edit it up until they read it for the first time, where it then becomes sent mail. At least, this is how I assumed it works.

Yep, this has always been my experience here as well.
