forum rules?

so I was wondering does this forum actually have any published set of rules somewhere that I am not finding? Just curious because I know every forum has rules on what is acceptable and not acceptable like swearing, off topic discussions, religion, politics, illegal activities, etc. But all I seam to find are random posts scattered around mostly in response to someone breaking a what appears to be unpublished set of rules so I just thought I would ask if there was a set of rules for the forum and if so where can I find it? If not ever consider publishing something so new people have a guideline to go by?

i think the rules are made when a problem occurs, like the swearing thread, or the open marketplace rules thread
i think its because there wasnt very many people when this site first opened

Only two posts in thread and already a ban request is forming on my finger tips.
- Don't be stupid or annoying.
- Never (ever) ask for ROM'S.
- Try not to swear
- Don't act like a criminal.
- Don't lose sight of the fact this forum is about 3DO console.
- Be nice to the regulars.
