"Avoid a game" thread?

Post by Austin » Mon Oct 24, 2011 3:43 am

Here's a random idea: How about a "Stay away from/avoid a game" thread? Could be stickied like the "Recommend a game" threads above.

We all play games and want to spread the good word about how great they are. What about those games that seem nice on the surface though, but turn out to be terrible when given a bit of time?

Heh and the first post in it saved me from buying a bad game! I would have surely bought that title if I had seen it!

This should send my popularity to an all time low.

Even w/the wonky control, the CD-i version of Tetris is still worth buying ...

I suppose it's worth having in the collection considering it's one of the most-common CD-i games available, and it does have some positives, like the soundtrack and the nice visuals. For anyone looking to buy a copy to play seriously though, I recommend steering clear.
