Audio Capture Devices

Time for a late night post. I'm looking for an audio capture device with a TOSLINK input. I plan on using it for LaserDiscs so the audio would normally be Red Book, but being able to pull out AC-3 would be very nice as well. (I have a Demodulator that can change LaserDisc RF Dolby Digital to regular as TOSLINK or Coax)
If it can capture DTS though optical that would be a charm but I'm probably asking too much there. It would be nice if it ignored SCMS but I understand it that's a no-go.
