Another World(Out Of This World) is arriving in homes

It does float! And doesn't get soggy in milk! :)

Another World(Out Of This World) is arriving in homes

Post by a31chris » Mon Dec 09, 2013 1:31 am

SebRMVs Eric Chahi endorsed and approved version of his game Another World is arriving in homes finally. If anyone here is getting it please post videos of it. I want to see what it looks like in action. Something better than a camcorder grab would be nice. :)

And also would be interesting to do a dual split screen of the 3do and Jaguar version video if anyone is so inclined.
What came after the Jaguar was the PS1 which for all it's greatness, ushered in corporate development and with it the bleached, repetitive, bland titles which for the most part we're still playing today. - David Wightman

Good to hear, I'm just waiting for Mysterious Song.

I would not hold your breath for that. Not for one minute.

My copy arrived today and it's very cool
I have never played this game before :o
Have only played it a little (and got stuck, for now :P ) but I think it is superb. Love the quality of the product the cart box and manual are all fantastic. My first homebrew purchase and despite my concerns they have delivered.

That's good to hear.

The lack of security with ordering caused me to skip this one. It would be cool to play on the Jag, but I have it on a couple consoles.

3DOKid, pretty sure you can preorder or register interest in a possible second run. The first two hundred are all sold you can register your interest for a second run which will happen if is sufficent demand they were saying. They're in France and I had it shipped to UK no problem was worried cos was taking so long but they came good in end

Shit, well thanks for the info. Better than holding out for something that he didn't actually care about converting.

Since I don't have the game, just watching this video. Stereo sound effects are AWESOME. Love that sort of thing!
