HEY! The kid pokes his head out of the sand for a moment! Howsit Kid?

Seriously though, can anyone really put stock in this kind of thing anymore? Collector's have really gone out of their way to try and destroy this hobby. And it goes to show that just because some idiot slaps a price tag on something doesn't mean that people will really pay that much. All that this shows me is that 3DO stuff is going to artificially spike in price again just like PC Engine/Turbografx, and Jaguar stuff has been for years. Really sad actually because it will just make things that much harder for those that are genuinely trying to enjoy the system.

Huh? This magazine, is so expensive ...?

Well...will not get absolutely in Japan. :?
Because I make a note using translation software, I think that it becomes a poor English sentence.
I'm sorry.

If there is rude expression, please point it out.
Thanking you in advance.

Yeah, but the point is that it shouldn't be that expensive. I bet that somewhere, in some dusty store room, there's a ton of these sealed in their polybags from the news stand because they didn't sell all the copies. Someone will find them and then look out ebay! Might want to get them graded so we all know they are mint! :P

When I moved house in 1999 , I left behind in a staff room on a chicken farm , situated pretty much in the middle of nowhere , the first 25 issues of Next Gen magazine. .................15 years later I kind of wish that I hadn't. .....

Well yeah, at $900.00 a pop, that's a small fortune left for the Chickens to poop all over. Seriously, do you guys really think this Mag will even come close to selling at that price point? I'll give him the best offer of $1.00! Or to quote the guy from Smash TV, "I'll Buy That For A Dollar!"

I've been looking for a copy of Edge Zero for ages. I'd give a £200 for it. I don't think he will get £900 for it.

 Am I missing something with this magazine? Are the pages gold leaf or something? Seems to me that the magazine wouldn't be that valuable. Hell, you can get the Marilyn Monroe Playboy for like $50.00 these days and I guarantee you it's rarer and much more sought after too. Just saying.

This is the kind of selling that is ruining "retro" gaming.
