trying to find a copy of rebel assault but ive just read there are 2 versions and the second version is the best (obveously the one in after). Are there any easy ways to tell the difference by just looking at them?

I didn't realise there were two version.
'Best' is probably in the eye of the beholder.

This is also the first time I've heard of 2 versions (atleast for the 3do) I do know that the 3do version has a level not found in the sega cd version (perhaps that qualifies it as a seperate version of the game) In any event, I have 2 copies if you were looking to trade or something.

well i think ive got this wrong somewhere then because ive just found where i read it from and its actually on your blog 3dokid. You've got rebel assault and rebel assault (original) listed in the reviews/discription bit, both look very different.
can someone clear this up

Me! I can clear this up. I reviewed the game, didn't much like it, so review it again
