Literally tap the button, any more than that will get you the Super Turbo outfits. I always end up with a green ryu myself because I always forget.

It's been years, but I've never ever had a problem getting default colors. What the hell have you guys been doing?

default colours = Ryu in white, with red band and Blanka in Green? ONe of the reasons I'm always put off by SF2turbo on the 3do is the lack of original colours...

You can do this? really?

(this could be one of the happiest days of my life! :) )

i cant get it to do original colours, ive read on the net that for other versions of streetfighter 2 you get the original colours by simply pressing a low punch button but on the 3do version you have to press a button while waggling either left to right or up and down dependant on the character which is far too much work.

Its stupid that one of those costume colours you can pick isnt the original colours.

I really dont like playing it without the original colours, it just dont feel the same.

Seriously, I may be a bit senile, but I'm pretty sure all you have to do is select the character and press a certain button and you're away.

You guys are right about the lacks of original colors. I tried tonight, and I guess I never thought about what is an original color! You need to enter codes to get the old characters and their "normal" colors. At least this was true for the arcade version.

But the old characters are inferior :(
