Honestly, I didn't look, my appologies if it was already posted. I just stumbled across the video while searching, was so excited to find some new M2 game footage that I thought I'd post it here immediately.

Yep, this has been posted in the other thread already. The most recent footage I've uploaded is this:

Not as stunning as the Mardi Gras video, but in that video you can see the menus, car configuration, etc. And you can see how badly I'm driving. Good to have that controller excuse. ;)

The Mardi Gras video is really very impressive. I never thought IMSA Racing looked particularly good until I saw that video today. Thanks for posting it.

The only games that looked more impressive were Sega's Model 3 arcade games, such as Scud Race / Super GT, which was of the same timeframe as IMSA Racing, 1996-1997.

Now I am even more distressed that Matsushita canceled the M2 console.

If it had come out and been successful, we would all be playing M4 today and talking about M5 in development :)

Reminds me that I also uploaded a short but nice crash video:

That's VERY nice.

Looking at that video, it convinces me that M2 could've handled an exellent port of Daytona USA, without the severe sacrifices that had to be made to run it on Saturn--Sacrifices that even the technically best Saturn version, Circuit Edition released in Japan in 1997, had. Or that would've been made if Daytona USA had been converted to PlayStation or N64

Had sega got over their licensing/backwards compatibility issues when negotiating with M2 a Daytona sequel could've been plausible
