high level emulator (HLE) has released for beta-testing. Version 0.7.6 (for Windows).

Thanks for the heads up! I didn't think Altmer was going to release anything for a long time yet. I am going to have to check this out.

This emulator uses a license key program called Sentinel HASP LDK. I can not get this thing to grant me a key to run the program. So I am unable to run this emulator. I find it kind of odd that it was done this way...
