Hey everyone,
Not sure if this has been posted, but Trip did an interview with the We Talk Games podcast a little while ago. You can listen to it
here.
Sorry, it's not a direct link... but if you search for "Trip" you should find the correct player

Awesome, I'll have to listen to is later!
Your avatar always reminds me of Kuwabara from Yu Yu Hakusho.
"Wait. You don't have a bag of charcoal in your gaming room???"

Great! I hope you enjoy it! I really enjoyed hearing Trips thoughts on gaming past, present and future and he was amazingly candid about the 3DO and the 3DO company.
My avatar is actually Kyosuke, from the Rival Schools/Project Justice games.

I knew I had seen that before but just couldn't remember. I do now. I have never seen one of those arcade machines in real life.

That was a really interesting podcast. I wish the interviewer would have asked Trip about the IP rights he retained from 3DO.
It is interesting though how Trip said that essentially what 3DO did was copied later on by sony and others. It is unfortunate that the console itself was really expensive.
