Manufacturing something

If you wanted something plastic manufacturing, something like a CD case, and you only wanted a run of about 5,000 anyone know what or where you would go?

You may be able to locate a manufacturer in either India or China (we used to do this when I worked in sporting goods) but to be perfectly honest you're better off approaching somebody like Verbatim.The last company I worked for used them to make our "own brand" product - that way both quality and the ability to question charges etc are covered.
